The Montana State football team bolstered its passing game and defense Friday with the addition of two junior-college transfers from California, wide receiver Julius Lloyd and safety Anthony Cosme.

“It’s a big day for us,” said Bobcat head coach Rob Ash. “We feel like these guys will really add talent to our roster.”
Cosme is a 6-foot, 210-pounder from Fullerton Junior College, where last fall he had 40 tackles and two interceptions. He is originally from Lakewood (Calif.) High.
“He’s a rover or strong safety,” said Ash. “Anthony is a real physical player and we like his versatility. He can play like a linebacker and tackle, but he’s also quick enough to play the deep third of field.”
